I dont know if addition to HIPAA. One I can think of is no special characters on claim form eg) #-!&, etc.. and obsolete ICD or CPT.Max

Our office software is HIPAA compliant, however, the office itself is not. Example, patient sign in sheet out in the open, calling out patient's names and info, sending records out to be copied, etc....
